At Paterson Tow Truck, we're ready to serve our customers at all hours of the day. Being in the towing and roadside assistance service industry, we make sure that we're always available. When we get a call, we're on it as soon as possible.
Although, because o the industry that we're in, we tend to respond to calls at first come first serve. Yes, there are actually times when we get 3-4 calls in a hour. Because of that, our tow truck drivers may be servicing other customers and not readily available to service your needs at a timely notice. When possible, we'll do our best to get you the vehicle assistance that you need. This then may call for us to utilize our trusted partners, so that they can handle your needs. Either way, we take our tow service calls extremely important and make it our best interest to make this an easy going vehicle recovery experience for our customers. |
